These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Attendee" or "Pass Holder") and the organizing committee of THE CELESTIA PARTY 2026 ("Organizers", "we", "us").

Accessing our platform, initiating a booking, or holding an electronic pass confirms your unconditional acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not purchase an entry pass.

• Each digital pass grants admission to exactly one individual (or designated pair if issued as a couple pass).
• Each pass features a dynamic, high-security encrypted QR code. When scanned at the entrance, the pass status is permanently flagged as ENTERED.
• Passes cannot be reused, split, or shared. Any attempt to present an already scanned or duplicate QR code will be rejected instantly by the automated gate scanning system.
• Attendees must present their original digital pass (on a mobile screen or legible printed copy) along with a matching, valid photo identification card (Student ID or Government Photo ID).

Passes are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not resell, transfer, barter, re-assign, or commercially exploit any event pass.

Any pass identified as having been resold, forged, or purchased through unauthorized third-party channels or touts will be revoked immediately without notice and with zero refund.

The Organizers reserve the sole and absolute right of admission to maintain a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for all attendees:

• Attendees are required to maintain orderly, respectful behavior throughout the evening.
• Possession or consumption of illicit drugs, narcotics, unauthorized alcohol, weapons, sharp objects, fireworks, or hazardous substances is strictly prohibited.
• Any individual displaying disruptive behavior, harassment, violence, intoxication, or non-compliance with security staff instructions will be denied admission or escorted off the premises immediately with no entitlement to refund.
• Security personnel reserve the right to conduct bag inspections and security screening at the entry gates.

By attending THE CELESTIA PARTY 2026, you grant the Organizers and official media crews the royalty-free, perpetual right to photograph, film, and record your presence, likeness, and voice.

These recordings and images may be used in official event after-movies, social media recap posts, and future promotional materials without any financial compensation or prior review.

• Attendees are solely responsible for their personal belongings (including mobile phones, wallets, bags, and electronic accessories). The Organizers assume no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
• Attendees participate in event activities voluntarily. The Organizers shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or inconvenience arising during attendance, except where mandated by applicable law.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
